Dividends
Wanhua Chemical always pays attention to the return on shareholders’ investments and issues cash dividends to shareholders annually. On December 15, 2000, Wanhua Chemical issued 40 million shares of circulation shares at RMB 11.28 yuan per share and raised funds of RMB 451 million yuan. Up to now, Wanhua Chemical has realized cash dividends of RMB 6063 million yuan accumulatively, which is 13.44 times of the amount of raised funds.
The profit distribution plan of the company in 2013: Based on the total capital stock of 2,162,334,720.00 shares at the end of 2013, the company distributed cash dividend of RMB 7 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders by using profits available for distribution among shareholders. The total distributed profit was RMB 1,513,634,304.00 yuan, and the remaining undistributed profit was RMB 380,467,266.01 yuan, which was carried forward to subsequent years for distribution.
